At Joh Bailey, we take great care to ensure every product is delivered in perfect condition. Because our products fall under personal-use and hygiene categories, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind.
However, we always want you to have a great experience with us and so we offer store credit in certain cases.
1. No Returns & No Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any products, whether opened or unopened.
Accordingly:
No refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
No exchanges are available.
2. Store Credit / Voucher (Our Solution for You)
While we don’t accept returns, in certain situations we may provide you with a store credit or voucher equal to the value of the product.
You may be eligible for store credit if:
You receive a product that arrives damaged
You receive a wrong item
There is a missing product in your order
Store Credit Terms:
Issued as a voucher or coupon code
Valid for 12 months from the issue date
Can be used on any product on our website
Cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash
3. Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Canceling or Editing an Order
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to update delivery details, please contact us immediately and we will assist if the order has not left our warehouse.
